Return Eligibility

Decor items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from damage, alterations, or modifications
  • Complete with all accessories, hardware, and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards or e-gift certificates
  • Perishable goods (such as live plants)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email service@scalecommunityhub.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible and include the RMA number
  4. Ship Your Return: Send via trackable shipping method to the address provided
  5. Inspection and Processing: Returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt
  6. Refund Issued: Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days

  • Store credit (valid for 12 months)

Large Item Returns

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using your national postal service for returns.
